NSPCC 'Speak Out Stay Safe'

The NSPCC delivered workshops to the pupils of Peasmarsh CE School in order to help them think about who they can talk to and to reinforce key safeguarding messages.

Talking PANTS

Pupils in EYFS and KS1 learnt about Pantosaurus. They sung along to the Pantosaurus song which can be accessed on the following link:

Talking PANTS teaches children important messages, like their body belongs to them and they should tell an adult if they're upset or worried.

The Underwear Rule

EYFS

"I liked the dinosaur song and it made me laugh. I remember the PANTS song"

KS1

" I leanrt about who to talk to and to say when things are uncomfortable. It was fun and it helped us remember the number to ring "

" It's really important to know when things are not right and what to do about it.The workshop reminded us about who we can go to for help.I liked that we were told about children's rights and to stand up for ourselves - it was very useful."
